Dr Fadwa Lkorchy, a psychologist at the Dubai-based German Neuroscience Centre, sees that intensive motherhood could also be attributed to a lack of management skills. However, she recognizes the influence of education on motherhood. The psychologist explains how many locally educated mothers tend to put more emphasis on education because their own mothers were not as well-educated. She also highlights that educating the kids is still mothers’ primary role in the Arab World.
