    Melissa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Paris University (France), and her Master’s of Science in Clinical and Social Psychology at Geneva University (Switzerland). She then pursued a post-graduate training program in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy from the faculty of Medicine at Geneva University (Switzerland).

    Professional and Educational Background

    Melissa completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Paris University (France), and her Master’s of Science in Clinical and Social Psychology at Geneva University (Switzerland). She then pursued a post-graduate training program in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy from the faculty of Medicine at Geneva University (Switzerland).

    She gained valuable experience as a Cognitive and Behavioral Therapist at Geneva University Hospitals, working at the early child development unit and providing therapy in individual, family and group settings for young children and their parents. She was also providing cognitive assessments as well as developmental assessments for young children thus helping diagnose developmental disorders or delays.

    She then worked for a Geneva State association working closely with families often dealing with migration-related matters and parent-child interaction challenges.

    Melissa then joined a Psychotherapy Clinic in Geneva and offered Cognitive Behavioral therapy to adults as well as cognitive assessments. She particularly worked and specialized with people presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD and Autism) and with gifted people, providing both assessments and therapy for them.
