Nikki Gregorio (CDA Certified)
Nikki is a CDA Licensed Psychologist in Dubai with vast experience in psychometric testing. She has extensive experience in providing psychological assessments and diagnostic testing for a wide range of mental health concerns, having worked in a hospital setting where she collaborated closely with Psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals.
She is trained in various psychometric testing procedures such as ADHD testing, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, intelligence, memory, personality testing and many more.
Psychometric tests are used in clinical and research settings to establish diagnosis, measure progress and ensure clinical governance.
Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the City of Manila and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University, Philippines. Moreover, she is a licensed Psychologist in the Philippines.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Nikki has completed training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute, along with certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
In addition to her clinical, psychometric and hospital experience, Nikki served as a Clinical Training Supervisor, overseeing undergraduate psychology interns and leading the Psychosocial Therapy Department in a therapeutic community setting. In this role, she facilitated group therapy activities for in-house patients and worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Nikki brings a well-rounded and evidence-informed perspective to her work. Her professional interests center on psychological evaluation and diagnostics, integrative case management, and collaborative mental health care within multidisciplinary teams.
