Eylul is a Clinical Psychologist who works with individuals aged 15 and above, as well as couples. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Istanbul.

She is trained in several psychotherapy approaches, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychodrama and Gottman Couples Therapy. Although she is trained in several therapeutic approaches, she is an accredited EMDR and Schema Therapy therapist and primarily integrates these two modalities in her work. She is particularly passionate about working with trauma and trauma-related difficulties.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic and collaborative. She aims to create a space where clients feel safe enough to express themselves and explore the underlying patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions and relationships. In her work, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, develop a clearer understanding of their emotional world and build healthier coping mechanisms that support meaningful and sustainable change. She values clarity and authenticity in the therapeutic process, and works with clients to set shared goals and move towards them at a pace that feels right for each individual.
