In addition to his work in psychiatry, Christoph has extensive experience working with both children and adolescents as well as adults. His clinical background also includes positions in a children’s and youth rehabilitation clinic, as well as several years as a school psychologist in the UAE. These roles have allowed him to develop a deep understanding of developmental, educational, and family-related challenges across different age groups – for both students and parents.

Christoph’s areas of expertise include the treatment of

– Depression
– Stress-related challenges (including chronic stress, burn-out, sleep disturbances)
– Anxiety Disorders, PTSD
– Trauma-related Conditions
– Psychosomatic Disorders

He also supports clients in processing significant life events,

– Grief and loss
– Relationship difficulties
– Issues related to self-esteem, guilt, and inner conflicts.

His therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic, aiming to understand the underlying emotional conflicts and unconscious processes that are shaped by individual history and interpersonal relationship experiences. At the same time, he values an integrative and flexible approach, adapting therapeutic methods to the individual needs of each client. His work is guided by the principle that effective psychotherapy should be tailored to the unique life situation, personality, and goals of the individual.

Having lived and worked internationally, including several years in the United Arab Emirates, Christoph is familiar with the psychological challenges associated with cultural transition, relocation, and expatriate life.

He offers therapy in a culturally sensitive and supportive environment for young adults (16+) and adults.
