Laura Simonis (German Board Certified)

Laura is a CDA-licensed Psychologist and German-board certified Behavioral Therapist. Her clinical journey has taken her through a range of therapeutic settings, including neurological rehabilitation, private practices, addiction treatment, and psychosomatic care. While her work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she also integrates elements from ego-state therapy, schema therapy, as well as hypnotherapeutic techniques. She is particularly passionate about working with inner parts of the self as she believes that healing occurs when we listen to and integrate the various (often conflicting) parts within us.

As there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and every person is unique, Laura tailors her work to fit the client’s individual needs and goals. She offers a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, strengthen their resources, and move toward healing and self-understanding at their own pace.

Laura works with adults (18+) and offers psychotherapy in English and German.
